How to choose sound equipment for an exhibition?

Almost all companies participate in exhibitions. For some, it is the main sales channel, for others, it is an effective way to present their new products, and for some, it is a significant image component. And no high-quality exhibition can do without sound equipment. As a rule, sound at the stand is necessary for two reasons: creating an atmosphere and attracting attention.

Why is sound equipment necessary at an exhibition?

Sound at the site usually acts as an attention-grabber. It should be directed to all aisles from the stand so that the client can hear it from everywhere. Do not forget – many clients go where it is interesting, which means you need to attract their attention. If the site of your exhibition is very small, we recommend a set of two speakers. The size of the site directly depends on what kind of sound equipment to install.

It is also important to dwell on such an issue as holding competitions, shows and other interactive events, master classes or inviting clients to your stand. For speakers, we have provided two types of microphones:

  • Head microphone (if you need the presenter to have his hands free);
  • Wireless hand microphone.

If you are planning to have musicians perform at your venue, you will most likely need to rent a backline. The backline can be rented as a ready-made set or according to the invited band’s rider.
